Caufield Renovation

The Beginning

Dan and Karen contacted me with  “Can you Please Help Us”, originally with another builder their experience didn’t start well and found themselves with a semi demolished house and no builder. After meeting Dan and Karen it was clear that they were genuine people caught in the middle of a disaster out of their control. Working alongside them both at every turn we put back this puzzle, the team at Mori Constructions completed Dan and Karen’s home exceeding their expectations.

Job Outline

Testimonial

“We could not be happier with Justin’s building work for us. We started a very substantial renovation of putting on an upstairs and completely redoing downstairs of the family house for us and our children. After our house was substantially demolished our first builder went broke. We were obviously extremely stressed (to say the least). Justin took over the project and really “saved the day” for us. He is practical, no-nonsense and trustworthy. Very methodically, Justin got our major project back on track (with great suggestions) and we are now so glad he was our builder. We are exceptionally happy with the final product which was true to his projected costings. Justin’s subbies were all reliable and easy to deal with. Very importantly for us, Justin’s “after sales” services has been great. Even since handover he has been responsive to the inevitable little odds and ends that arise. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Justin Mori and would be happy to speak directly to any people thinking of using Justin if they have any questions.”

Albert Park Renovation

The Beginning

Paul and Julie had been living in this house for more than 30 years, the house was originally built in the 1880’s and although the house had a small renovation in 1984 the original bones of the house remained. The brief for this build was to keep the front facade and front two rooms, then extend back and up. The challenges faced were building within boundary to boundary and access and tight council requirements, but with careful planning and cooperation with neighbours this house was transformed into a modern home keeping its original front features.
